I have noticed that when I started this journey I constantly thought about food. I would wake up thinking "what's for breakfast" then shortly after that was over I'd start thinking about "what was for lunch". It's crazy. Now I don't even think about it. I eat when I start to feel hungry and then move on.
It's a nice feeling to know that it doesn't have a hold on me anymore! I feel better and sleep better! It's fantastic!
