Confessions Of A Carbaddict!

Well, tomorrow is my second weigh-in. I have to admit that I've slipped a little -mostly over the weekend. I drank a little too much wine, ate a few too many snacks, and even a few bites of pecan pie. (When it's right in your face whattya gonna do?)

Okay....and yesterday I ate 5 M&M's (I counted them) and two Hershey Kisses! There's all this stupid EASTER candy in this office and it's making me crazy. But I'm a little better today, I think. I believe I can make it through without the "picking".

I'll check in tomorrow after the big WI!

See ya! Carbaddict

  1. I'm not sure that completely denying oneself is the way to go ... I, too, have always had problems with portion control (and still do), but I've found that working out is one of the best motivators when it comes to my eating habits. When I work out (especially when I've done a good 30-40 minutes of cardio), I find I don't want to "ruin" it by eating crap. I actually CRAVE good food that's good for me when I'm being active! But I also don't feel terrible having ONE cupcake after dinner (like I did last night) knowing that I'm going to do my best to get in a solid workout today. :)
